General
All of our services are legal. CV. Bali Satak is fully responsible for services and guarantee you will had the quality of services. All rates are included government tax and service. More requirements are not shown on our site, please supply us with details of reference then we can provide for your satisfaction.
Reservation
Reservation made trough telephone conversation or fill reservation form and confirm with email to explain about details of your requirements, so please inform us you valid and correct email address to make sure that you will get reply. Attach details about services refer to your requirements on the email completed with rates and details of services. Your email will be replied at least within 24 hours, if your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other alternatives. Should you do not receive any reply from our reservation staff, you may call us to: +62 361 8556425 or mobile: +62 81337445945. We need you to approve services and rates by email.
Payment
- Payment could be done in cash when you start use our services.
- Some how we need deposit payment could be done by PayPal integrated sysytem. All rates are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) converted into USD (United State Dollar) with exchange rates valid on the date of payment.
- Payment also could be done by telegraphic bank transfer with any charges and fee to be your cost, to:

Correspondence
Correspondences mostly through email please make sure your email address is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable.
Travel Documents
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
Law of Agreements
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
Additional Terms
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
